2009

The First Chop

Chopt opens its first location on Rea Rd in Charlotte, NC. Founder Marcus Lane serves 50 handcrafted bowls on opening day — and sells out within two hours, sparking a local obsession.

2012

Catering & Events Launch

Responding to growing demand, Chopt launches its catering division, bringing fresh-chopped bowls to corporate events, weddings, and community gatherings across the Carolinas.

Online Ordering Goes Live
